As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the receiving, stocking, picking, and packing of goods. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. This role demands energy, reliability, and a proactive approach to warehouse tasks. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with Logistics systems or RF scanners is a plus.
- Must be willing to wear appropriate PPE , including safety vests and footwear.
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
