Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Sacramento, California. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks that keep our logistics moving smoothly. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, contributing to a seamless supply chain. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly accounted for and labeled.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (training provided for certified tasks).
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center floor.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
  • Strictly follow all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues to management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Must be committed to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
