In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Verify order accuracy against items picked.
- Package products securely for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory and order status.
- Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management activities as directed.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and material handling guidelines.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment and shipping targets within the logistics operation.
