Join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role encompasses a broad range of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring timely order fulfillment, playing a crucial part in our overall logistics operations. We value reliability and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Store and organize inventory within the warehouse using established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
