We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our distribution center, involving a wide range of warehouse activities. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain high operational standards within our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
- Replenish inventory stock as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established procedures.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety glasses, gloves, and vests.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace safety .
