We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is foundational to our logistics operations, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and safely within our distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a range of duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your commitment to safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is critical. We foster a team-oriented environment where reliability and attention to detail are highly valued. This position involves physical activity, including regular Lifting, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Your contribution will be essential to our overall operational success and the smooth functioning of our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Follow all company procedures, including those related to PPE and workplace safety.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial. Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. A strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety practices and the use of PPE. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Basic understanding of logistics and inventory principles.
