Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming stock.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist in shipping operations and loading trucks.
- Follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform significant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and practices.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
