We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Material Handler to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be essential to the movement of goods within our warehouse, ensuring materials are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, assisting with inventory counts, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position is vital to our Logistics operations, contributing to the seamless flow of products through our facility. - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and stacking of goods.
- Assist in receiving and putting away inventory accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and support stocktaking activities.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Support the Logistics team with various tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to operate various types of material handling equipment.
- Physical capability for frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics flow.
- Strong commitment to Safety and following procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
