Join our thriving logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us fulfill customer orders with speed and accuracy. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from our warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning devices and then efficiently packing them for shipment. Key responsibilities include locating products, carefully placing them into appropriate containers, ensuring product protection during transit, and applying correct labels. A meticulous approach to quality control and maintaining a clean, organized workspace are also vital. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Strict adherence to all company safety policies and the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Label all packages correctly for shipment.

- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse or order picking/packing experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
