You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse organization. Our commitment to Safety is paramount; all associates are expected to strictly follow all safety procedures and consistently wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform consistent Lifting of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Label packages and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
