Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this essential role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. Key duties include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Our commitment to workplace Safety is unwavering; therefore, all associates must strictly adhere to all safety regulations and wear the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical capability, including frequent Lifting of items of varying weights. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of goods. We value individuals who are team players, possess strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn and grow within the logistics field.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Comply with all Safety policies and utilize necessary PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability for consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of general warehouse procedures and logistics.
  • Commitment to upholding Safety standards and wearing PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
