This role demands physical stamina, as it involves significant amounts of manual labor, including consistent Lifting of boxes and materials. You will work with advanced warehouse management systems and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and correctly.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if trained and certified).
- Conduct quality checks on products and orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Use appropriate PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and technology.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to guidelines.
