Join our vibrant team in Denver, Colorado as a Picker/Packer! This essential role is at the heart of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves, verifying order accuracy, and carefully packing them for transit. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to Safety. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and enjoy a dynamic, hands-on role within the logistics industry, we want to hear from you. We provide the necessary PPE and expect strict adherence to all Safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse locations based on order sheets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, using designated materials.
- Label packages correctly for outgoing shipments.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse tools.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse/logistics role is preferred. Ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of required PPE. Good manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently. Team player with good communication skills.
