Join our growing team in Orlando, Florida as an Inventory Clerk! This position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for meticulous record-keeping, cycle counting, and ensuring that our stock levels are precise and up-to-date. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics and fulfillment processes. You will work closely with the warehouse team to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Track the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all items to prevent damage, considering Lifting limitations.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve inventory processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory control or a related role is preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 30 lbs. Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Commitment to following Safety procedures and using appropriate PPE.
