Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Follow established logistics workflows and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment for all staff.
- Tasks may involve significant lifting and physical exertion.
- Ensure accurate handling of all goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
- Familiarity with general logistics operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear necessary PPE.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
