We are looking for motivated Picker/Packers to join our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Austin, Texas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our customer's experience and our logistics operations. You will work with advanced scanning technology to ensure that the correct items are picked and packed. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, and a strong commitment to quality. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications using RF scanners.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages accurately for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics flow.
- This role requires periods of standing and repetitive motions.
- Perform tasks involving lifting and carrying items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and scanning equipment proficiency.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
