This role is integral to the success of our supply chain, focusing on the efficient handling of goods within our modern warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including the meticulous receiving and storing of inventory, accurate order picking and fulfillment, and careful packaging and dispatch of outgoing shipments. Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount, and all team members are required to strictly follow safety regulations and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse areas.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper documentation and secure packaging.
- Operate various warehouse machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counting.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and common areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial.
- Must be capable of heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety standards.
