Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order details.
- Inspect items for quality and condition before packaging.
- Pack orders securely, utilizing appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label and stage shipments for carrier pickup.
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming stock.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity goals.
- Demonstrate proper lifting techniques and body mechanics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents and product information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and willingness to use required PPE.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
