We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our key distribution hub in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be instrumental in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving and processing incoming inventory to accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to ensuring our customers receive their products correctly and on time. This position is integral to our logistics operations, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Assemble kits or prepare products as required.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Support overall logistics objectives and team goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and weekends.
