Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our growing operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a versatile role where you will contribute to various aspects of our warehouse functions, from receiving and stocking to order picking and shipping preparation. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to safety and efficiency. You will work as part of a dedicated logistics team, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and that orders are processed promptly. The ability to follow instructions, work effectively both independently and with others, and maintain a clean workspace is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
  • Stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors to support logistics operations.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Reliability and punctuality are key requirements.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions.
  • Willingness to learn and perform diverse warehouse tasks.
