This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, including scheduling staff, managing inventory levels, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and coordinating with shipping and receiving departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all team members adhere to strict safety protocols and properly utilize required PPE . While some hands-on work might be involved, including occasional Lifting , the primary focus is on supervision and coordination.
