Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $78k-$90k/yr. commensurate with experience

Schedule: Flexible hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Neurological Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in treating complex neurological conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new clinic being built from the ground up, where you will play a key role in shaping services, culture, and patient care from day one. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of neurorehabilitation, a passion for improving patients‘ quality of life, and the clinical expertise to manage a wide range of neurological diagnoses.

You’ll achieve success by:   

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Close communication with referral sources
• Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Strong documentation skills recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process

• Occupational Therapist Licensure in good standing in Colorado
• Minimum 2 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation
• Strong interest/experience with upper extremity stroke recovery and vision rehabilitation
• CPR and first aid certification required

Preferred Experience With:

• Parkinson’s disease and MS rehabilitation
• Vagus nerve involvement in neurological function
• Concussion protocols and post-injury care
• Stroke rehabilitation
• Upper extremity rehabilitation
