We are hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma warehouse. In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our inventory accuracy, ensuring that our stock levels are precise and our data reflects reality. Your responsibilities will include performing regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, reconciling inventory records, and contributing to the optimization of inventory management processes. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic logistics environment. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting. We are looking for an individual who is proactive in identifying potential issues and solutions. Responsibilities:
- Accurately track and record inventory movements.
- Perform cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Maintain the integrity of the inventory database.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control strategies.
- Ensure warehouse organization supports efficient inventory management.
- Support receiving and shipping operations with inventory data.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve problems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability for moderate Lifting.
- Familiarity with logistics operations.
- Dedication to Safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
