Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Process shipments using warehouse management systems and shipping software.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Knowledge of logistics principles is a plus.
