Summary: Works with the Marketing Manager and Sales and Marketing Director to develop and execute advertising programs for our multiple brands and locations. Essential functions (responsibilities, tasks, supervisory needs) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Design printed materials such as tradeshow graphics, fliers, business cards, and catalogs. Create original, high-quality artwork to meet the advertising strategies. Writes, edits, and publishes social media content, ensuring consistency of messages across multiple relevant sites and networks. Participate in the implementation of promotional ideas and activities. Helps build brand identity and raises awareness through creative effective advertising programs. Edits print and video copy and ensure copywriting protocols are adhered to. Video & photo editing as needed. Pay for this position is $30. per hour. Minimum Requirements Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs) Degree in Marketing Communications and/or Commercial/Graphic Design. 2-3 years of experience or equivalent education in related field Social Media Advertising Experience Preferred education and experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop) Google Ads and Google Analytics Experience Experience utilizing Keyword Research Tools. Experience utilizing email marketing platforms. Work environment: Office environment, the noise level in the work environment is typically low. Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand and use a keyboard and telephone. The employee is required to talk or listen. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
