In this role, you will support Whirlpool Corporation, the global leader in kitchen and laundry appliances, focusing on the KitchenAid Small Appliance Brand. This role will directly to the Shopper Marketing Manager of KitchenAid Small Appliances Canada and is responsible for supporting key activities within the sales team as well as marketing initiatives that improve online and in-store shopping experience. This key member of the KitchenAid Canada small appliance team will be responsible for collaborating both with sales and marketing teams as well as customers as agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with key activities including new customer onboarding, new product set-up, order management issues, product catalogue and price sheet coordination, sales data coordination and analysis, as well as management of retail marketing investment.
  • Leverage field team data to identify opportunities to improve sales through promotion optimization, in-store assortment, inventory position, and in-store displays and fixtures.
  • Optimize the online shopping journey through enhancements to retailer brand stores and product detail pages.
  • Support the Shopper Marketing Manager with respect to retail display development and execution.

  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships
  • Adapt to a quickly changing environment, overcome challenges, and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
  • 1-2 years sales, marketing or trade marketing support experience
  • Bilingual in French/English is preferred
