Sales and Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you will support Whirlpool Corporation, the global leader in kitchen and laundry appliances, focusing on the KitchenAid Small Appliance Brand. You will report directly to the Shopper Marketing Manager of KitchenAid Small Appliances Canada and be responsible for supporting key activities within the sales team as well as marketing initiatives that improve the online and in‑store shopping experience. This key member of the KitchenAid Canada small appliance team will collaborate with sales and marketing teams and with customer agency partners.

• Support the sales team with new customer onboarding, new product set‑up, order management issues, product catalogue and price sheet coordination, sales data coordination and analysis, and management of retail marketing investment.
• Leverage field team data to identify opportunities to improve sales through promotion optimization, in‑store assortment, inventory positioning, and in‑store displays and fixtures.
• Optimize the online shopping journey through enhancements to retailer brand stores and product detail pages.
• Support the Shopper Marketing Manager with respect to retail display development and execution.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma.
• 1‑2 years of sales, marketing or trade‑marketing support experience.

Bilingual in French/English is preferred.
