Job Description
The Reliability Engineer role is focused on developing and implementing corporate preventive and predictive maintenance systemsu2014primarily using IBM Maximo CMMSu2014for manufacturing facilities. The goal is to enhance plant equipment availability, safety, quality, and operational efficiency through best-in-class reliability strategies.

Job Responsibilities
Lead the updates and creation of assets, spare parts lists, and PMu2019s (routes and job tasks) for existing equipment/systems.
Modify existing PMu2019s as needed, based on recommendations from the reliability and maintenance personnel, and completing PM optimizations.
Provide necessary service support and training to Plant Maximo users, utilizing the Maximo Best Practices.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the Maintenance and Operations employees.
Qualifications
Completion of University degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
3 or more years of reliability experience in continuous process manufacturing environments.
Good working knowledge of standard equipment used in production facilities u2013 motors, pumps, couplings, speed reducers, actuators, linear & rotational bearings, conveyors, and electrical/pneumatic components/equipment.
Proficiency with Maximo or similar CMMS, and MS Office.
Experience with creating PMu2019s for equipment/systems, and in some cases for equipment without any existing PMu2019s.
Experience with creating spare parts lists, including identification of critical spares.
Analytical skills with high level of accuracy and strong work ethics.
