SAMI sits inside the Estoras ecosystem, alongside a growing portfolio of companies in marketing, automation, tech, and field services. You'll be stepping into a role with real autonomy , access to shared services, and a clear mandate to build something big.
The Role
We're looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of SAMI's growth and operations.
You'll be the person who:

Turns the SAMI 3.0 vision into a real business machine : products, services, processes, team.

Leads strategy, delivery, and financial performance.

Works with founders and other GMs to position SAMI as the AI backbone for marketing and sales across the group and for external clients.
This is a mix of operator, builder, and strategist . You should be as comfortable in client meetings as you are reviewing margins, shaping offers, and refining the delivery model.
1. Strategy & Growth
-
Refine and execute the SAMI 3.0 roadmap – platform services focused on AI-driven marketing and sales stacks.

Define clear offers and packages (audits, build-outs, ongoing optimization, AI arbitrage programs, etc.).

Build and manage a sales pipeline with the Estoras team: discovery calls, proposals, close, renewals.
2. Product & Service Design
- Turn abstract ideas like "AI arbitrage" into concrete, repeatable services :
e.g., stack audits, AI-assisted lead-gen engines, automated reporting, AI copilots for sales/marketing teams

Work with technical and marketing specialists to build playbooks, SOPs, and templates that scale.

Help guide the development of SAMI's internal tools, dashboards, and frameworks .
3. Delivery & Operations

Own P&L for SAMI – track revenue, gross margin, utilization, and capacity.

Ensure client work is delivered on time, on budget, and with real business outcomes , not just deliverables.

Build and improve processes for planning, resourcing, quality control, and client communication.
Requirements You Might Be a Fit If You:
-
Have 5–10 years in a leadership role (GM, Director, Head of, or similar) in:
-
Marketing / growth agency,
-
SaaS / tech company, or
-
Consulting / digital transformation.

Understand modern marketing stacks (CRM, MA platforms, analytics, ad platforms, CDPs, etc.) and how they fit together.
-
Have real exposure to AI in marketing/sales :
-
Prompting and workflows with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.
-
Basic familiarity with APIs, automations, or LLM-powered tools.
-

Are comfortable with numbers and accountability : P&L, pricing, margin, utilization, targets.
-
Have built or led teams and processes – hiring, mentoring, setting expectations, and improving how work gets done.

Can move between big-picture strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution without drama.
-
Communicate clearly, directly, and kindly. You're not afraid of candid conversations and tough decisions.
Nice-to-Have Superpowers
-
Experience with agency-to-platform or services-to-product transformations.
-
Background with tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Make/Zapier, Segment, GA4, Looker/Data Studio , etc.

Experience pricing and running retainers, sprints, or outcome-based engagements .
-
A track record of experimenting (A/B testing, pilots, MVPs) and then systemizing what works.
