À propos

We are looking for a competent outpatient Physical Therapist to act as the patient’s partner and liaison throughout the injury rehabilitation process. Our multidisciplinary clinic‘s are the premier treatment centers for acute injuries. With this said, the therapist will have the autonomy to provide the best evidence based care to all patients without the restrictions that often exist in today's managed care environments. You will work side by side with medical professionals to help formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan that will have a strong emphasis on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation.
You will be compensated with a base salary and benefits competitive to or higher than area standards. You will also participate in a unique bonus program, based on the overall quarterly profits of your clinic. The more profitable the clinic, the more money you make!
*Responsibilities*
* Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
* Offer treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
* Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
* Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
* Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
* Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
* Consult and practice with other health professionals
* Evaluate treatment outcomes and communicate progress
* Document patient care services
*Skills*
* Work experience as an outpatient physical therapist or student
* Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
* Current knowledge of evidence based treatment practices
* Strong manual therapy background preferred but not required
* Drive to continually learn and grow
* Professional behavior
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills (bilingual Spanish a plus!)
* Valid Nevada physical therapy license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
