Experienced Culinary Expert Required

Essex Restaurant is a well-known eatery on the Lower East Side that serves contemporary steakhouse cuisine and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. We are seeking an experienced Culinary leader to oversee all aspects of the kitchen, from menu development and execution to staff training, food quality, and consistency.

The ideal candidate will possess creativity, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-volume kitchens with expertise in meat preparation and Mediterranean flavors. Experience in managing busy brunch services is a plus.
