To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Prior experience as a bar back or in a similar restaurant position.
• Preferably, you have worked in high-end hospitality or fine dining establishments.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential.

This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service hours.

You will be responsible for:

• Stocking and replenishing bar inventory, including spirits, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware.
• Assisting bartenders with ingredient preparation and cocktail garnish preparation.
• Ensuring ice bins are consistently filled and properly maintained.
• Changing kegs and maintaining draft beer systems.
• Cleaning and sanitizing glassware, bar tools, and equipment.
• Receiving and organizing beverage deliveries.
• Conducting inventory counts as directed.
• Preparing fresh juices, syrups, and cocktail components.
