Join our dynamic logistics team as a Material Handler in Fort Worth, Texas! We are seeking motivated individuals to support the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role is crucial for ensuring that materials are moved, organized, and prepared for shipment efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing outgoing shipments. Strong attention to detail is a must to ensure accuracy in all handling processes. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within the logistics industry. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and place materials or products onto shelves or designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, but not required. Must be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to Safety is essential. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
