We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the overall warehouse operations. Your primary duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to Safety protocols.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
