We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This is a vital role supporting our company's logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and safe handling of goods within our warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Support the overall logistics process from inbound to outbound.
- Regularly engage in tasks requiring Lifting and physical movement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to task completion.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
