Delivery Manager – Government – SC Cleared - Inside IR35 We are seeking a highly capable Delivery Manager with experience delivering digital and technology programmes within complex, multi-supplier, and high-security government environments. You will lead agile delivery teams, manage risks and dependencies, and support supplier transitions across multi-cloud environments. You will be working on mission-critical services where stakeholder alignment, governance rigour, and delivery excellence are essential. Key Responsibilities Own the delivery of complex workstreams, ensuring progress against scope, time, and quality commitments. Manage delivery risks, issues, and interdependencies across programmes and Support and assure supplier onboarding and transition activities including mobilisation, knowledge transfer, and capability ramp-up. Produce and maintain delivery artefacts including RAID logs, burn-down charts, plans, and dashboards.Essential Experience Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager delivering within UK central government, defence, or national security domains. Demonstrable ability to lead agile delivery in high-assurance and highly governed environments (GDS or hybrid delivery models). Strong stakeholder management skills, able to navigate complex organisational structures. Experience supporting supplier transitions, onboarding, and managing delivery continuity.Desirable Exposure to SIAM or federated delivery models in government. Background in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, DDaT, or LeSS)
