Your role & responsibilities:
As an IT Support Specialist at Xanadu, you'll play a key role in providing high-quality, front-line technical support across the organization. You'll be involved in day-to-day troubleshooting, setting up new equipment, managing user access, and helping ensure smooth IT operations.
