OT4Kids is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team specializing in pediatric therapy services. Our out-patient facility is designed to support children in a family-oriented, caring environment. Equipped with individual treatment rooms, a full kitchen, gym, calm down room, outdoor areas with animals, and more, our facility is set up to provide exceptional therapeutic interventions. *Position Overview*:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who loves working with children. The SLP will join our team of experienced OTs and SLPs in delivering high-quality speech therapy services. This role offers a 4-day work week with guaranteed paid hours, a bonus structure, and the opportunity to advance within our organization.
*Key Responsibilities of the Pediatric SLP*
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to comply with regulatory standards.
* Educate patients and their families on effective speech therapy techniques and exercises.
* Stay current with industry advancements and participate in continuing education.
*Qualifications of the Pediatric SLP*
* Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
* Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in North Carolina.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered.
