About The Role As a Full Stack Senior Engineer you will design and develop scalable Node.js services and React front‑ends, lead the design of internal frameworks, drive the technical roadmap, remove blockers for teammates, and mentor junior engineers. You will work in an inclusive, agile environment and continuously improve delivery processes and technology choices.
Responsibilities
Collaboratively design and support services and internal frameworks.
Participate in research, scoping, and planning for new capabilities.
Drive the technical roadmap by deeply understanding technology and broader product plans.
Guide performance within the squad with technical knowledge and ideas.
Remove blockers for fellow developers and connect with the right people.
Serve as a role model representing best engineering standards and principles.
Analyse existing operations to identify risks and redundancies, and propose solutions.
Mentor engineers and promote the engineering community of practice.
Essential Criteria Highly skilled professional with experience in React, Redux, Typescript, Node.js, Java, SpringBoot, Golang, and cloud/container technologies. Deep understanding of engineering and architectural principles, delivery of high‑performance web applications, and strong agility mindset.
Commercial experience with Node.js ecosystem, REST, Typescript, mono‑repo workflows, GitHub Actions, GraphQL or tRPC APIs, and React with hooks.
Experience with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Functions.
Experience using NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB Atlas.
Experience with Terraform, secure software design, cloud, IaC, and CI/CD.
Self‑driven advocate for agile/lean delivery, DevOps principles, and continuous improvement.
Passion for delivering solutions to customers, owning the full SDLC, and following DevOps practices.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
