Full Time Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team — someone who's confident on the phone, sharp with technology, and ready to fight for every job. This position is primarily for during the week, with weekday availability required for training. This is for a 2PM-10:30PM M-F position.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, Google Suite, and apps
- Takes initiative, thinks on their feet, and knows how to secure the booking
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions closely and manage tasks independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to book and follow up on jobs
- Coordinating with technicians and updating job schedules as needed
- Logging notes clearly in both customer profiles and shared tracking docs
- Making outbound campaign calls (e.g., membership follow-ups, install check-ins)
- Keeping up with daily and weekly administrative tasks
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and team communication
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Clean criminal record check
- Weekday training availability
Experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support is an asset — but we're happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
