We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Boston, Massachusetts! As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. This includes receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for distribution. You will play a key role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our warehouse space. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses a strong work ethic, and has a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with your colleagues to meet operational goals. A commitment to safety is paramount; you will be expected to follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves a significant amount of physical activity, including lifting and moving goods, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. Your contribution to our logistics chain ensures that our products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare items for shipment and load/unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Support overall logistics functions.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
