We are looking for a motivated and physically fit Material Handler to join our bustling warehouse operations in Dallas, Texas. As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in the efficient movement of goods throughout our facility, ensuring that products reach their destinations safely and on time. This position is fundamental to our logistics network, demanding a strong work ethic and a commitment to operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and organizing materials within the warehouse. A keen understanding of warehouse safety procedures is paramount, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves significant physical exertion, requiring regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. We believe in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement in all our logistics endeavors. Key duties include:
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Moving materials to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Organizing and stacking inventory in designated areas.
- Performing routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
