Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Kansas City, Missouri! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our growing logistics operations. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will work closely with a team to ensure the efficient flow of goods through our facility. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety are essential for success. This role is vital for maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting customer demands. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary equipment and training.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Safety protocols.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with shipping and loading operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
