We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is the backbone of our Logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the warehouse. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to Safety. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle frequent Lifting. All necessary PPE will be provided, and adherence to Safety guidelines is non-negotiable. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Logistics team.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an asset.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Strong commitment to Safety and willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
