*Tiny Triumphs Speech and AAC*
We’re looking for a *full-time clinical fellow* who’s excited to grow in pediatric speech therapy, with a genuine interest in learning more about_ *Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC). *_If you’re a new grad who wants strong mentorship, a supportive team, and a practice that truly values family partnerships and innovative communication tools, you’ll fit right in.
What your Clinical Fellowship with Tiny Triumphs will look like:
* *Direct, consistent supervision* that meets _or exceeds_ ASHA and state requirements
* *Hands-on AAC mentorship*, including feature matching, goal writing, caregiver coaching, and device implementation
* *Team support beyond your supervisor*—you’ll have access to experienced SLPs and leadership whenever you need a sounding board

Day-to-day, you will provide evidence-based, play-based therapy in a combination of outpatient and school settings, working closely with families and other professionals.
*Responsibilities include:*
* Conduct pediatric speech/language evaluations and ongoing reassessments.
* Provide individualized therapy for a wide range of communication needs
* Support children who use or may benefit from AAC (low to high tech)
* Collaborate with families—coaching, modeling, and building carryover at home
* Create clear, functional goals tied to real-life participation
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation
* Work collaboratively with our Tiny Triumphs team across clinic locations when needed
You’re a great fit if you are:
* A *recent or upcoming SLP graduate* ready to begin your CF
* Licensed (or license-eligible) in Maine
* Passionate about pediatrics and family-centered care
* Curious, coachable, and excited to grow your AAC skillset
* Comfortable learning new tools and embracing neurodiversity-affirming practice
* A kind teammate who values small moments and big impact
AAC experience is a plus, but *not required*—we’ll mentor you. What matters most is your interest and openness to learn.

You’ll receive weekly direct supervision plus ongoing access to your mentor and our clinical team. We tailor support to _your learning style_ so you feel confident, not overwhelmed.
