Field Service Technician
and help power the casino experience from behind the scenes! You'll be the go-to problem solver supporting New York Lottery products, including cage systems and redemption kiosks. From maintaining network connections to performing repairs and troubleshooting, your work helps ensure systems operate smoothly and reliably. What Will You Be Doing?
Service and support New York Lottery products, including cage systems and redemption kiosks Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on assigned equipment Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Diagnose and resolve system issues to minimize downtime Ensure equipment operates reliably and in compliance with required standards Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team Skills & Qualifications for the Job:
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi helps with the application) Availability for on-call shifts, including possible OT, weekends, evenings, and holidays A self-starter mindsetcomfortable working solo after training, but collaborative when needed Basic Excel skills for paperwork and reports Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with hardware, networks, or troubleshooting technical equipment A passion for learning new systems and tech on the go Why Us?
