We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our LAAC (WATCHMAN) Sales Operations team. As a Senior Analyst in Sales Operations, you will play a key role in supporting a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position provides an exciting opportunity to influence departmental strategy through your analytical insights, operational excellence, and process improvements. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Collaborate and partner directly with the Field Sales Organization on business planning and analytics. Provide timely, accurate, and actionable business insights to support the field sales team. Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests for Field Sales, Sales Operations, and cross-functional partners. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver meaningful insights, including trend analysis, new product launch tracking, and forecast modeling, often leveraging multiple data sources. Identify and lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Execute, document, and maintain various Sales Operations and Program processes as required. Partner on special projects to drive organizational priorities. Actively participate in team initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive team culture. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales operations, analytics, or business support role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in Excel and Tableau, with experience using Salesforce and database management tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
