Hartland based Medical Device Integration Technician- Hardware/Software works under moderate supervision and reports to the Executive Delivery Specialist. Team members are responsible for the Building, Configuration, and Testing of our virtual and physical solutions in accordance to quality processes and procedures. Extensive customer success skills are required, but minimal travel. Responsibilities:
Basic configuration to Windows workstations Production Builds in house per sales orders/shop orders processed through the Merge ERP system (IFS) Build, Configure, and test virtual and physical solutions per procedures in house Follow all Build/Installation procedures and complete all installation/qualification checklists in a timely manner to adhere to the QMS (Quality Management System) Provide our partners with a positive and successful integration experience Perform electronic and network enterprise tests per procedures Keep detailed electronic documentation (DHRs) Utilizes hand truck or other handling equipment to move integration material Understands that projects worked on have a direct impact on patient safety Understands that all patient information that may be encountered is to be treated as confidential and not to be disclosed under any circumstances Pursues a program of self-development using selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education. Identifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers. Hemo Product Builds Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management. a) Education Requirements: High School diploma This position requires the employee to be onsite 5 days a week with occasional weekends. Work Environment:

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings. Min
