This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and speed. You will be working closely with a team to manage inventory, maintain organized storage, and prepare shipments. A commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. This role involves regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds, as well as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with warehouse environments and basic inventory procedures is beneficial. We offer comprehensive training for all new hires, focusing on our operational standards and safety guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and ensure proper inventory rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts.
