Based in our Sydney HQ, the Associate Director, Marketing (Australia and Corporate) 12-month Fixed Term Contract will report to the Senior Director, Marketing and play a pivotal role in accelerating AirTrunk's growth in Australia while elevating our global brand position. You will position AirTrunk as an industry leader and preferred partner through strategic marketing programs and seamless execution.
- You will lead AirTrunk's Australian local marketing strategy and program.
- You will be the local marketing expert and strategic business partner to teams and leaders in Australia.
- You will lead key corporate marketing programs that strengthen AirTrunk's global brand position.
- You will run seamless marketing operations globally and in Australia.
Your Day to Day
- Local Strategy – Develop AirTrunk's marketing strategy and plan for Australia ensuring alignment with company growth ambitions and regional business plans.
- Marketing execution - Deliver the marketing communications program for Australia including local campaigns, events, content, digital marketing, sales enablement tools and collateral.
- Corporate marketing – Lead and manage key corporate marketing programs such as employer brand, customer experience, digital marketing and the development of global marketing assets and content.
- Brand management - Execute AirTrunk's brand strategy and embed the brand internally and externally. Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints and ensure brand compliance.
- Stakeholder engagement - Build strong business partnerships with cross-functional teams and leaders to stay ahead of trends and ensure marketing programs are relevant and strategically aligned.
- Marketing operations - Ensure seamless marketing operations, collaborating with the Senior Director to maintain excellence across the global marketing function.
- Reporting – Establish a regular marketing reporting cadence to measure performance, optimise programs, and demonstrate impact against strategic objectives.
- Other – Lead or contribute to other strategic projects as required.
- 10 years' experience in a similar B2B role - preferably in the data centre, infrastructure, technology, property or related sectors.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead regional marketing and communications strategies and adapt global brands for local relevance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with senior executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a proactive, hands-one approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel. Proficiency in design software, WordPress and Salesforce preferred
